ECOPRIME LINE, designed to bring comfort to your home
Heat pumps for DHW production use outdoor or indoor air to heat water efficiently and cost-effectively, with a 100 or 200 L enamelled hot water storage tank.
Reliable, compact, and more environmentally friendly than ever: with Thermic Comfort’s new and innovative heat pump technology, the energy from ambient air can be used especially efficiently for heating and cooling. With a water outlet temperature of up to 75 °C.
The ECOPRIME Series has been specifically developed for single-family homes. Existing radiator systems can still be used easily. Key advantages include high energy efficiency, convenient control via the Thermic Home app, sustainable operation, and an attractive design.
How does it work?
This process takes place in a closed circuit (refrigeration circuit) inside the heat pump. To transport the heat, a liquid (refrigerant gas) is used which has the ability to evaporate at very low temperatures. Even temperatures of -20°C are sufficient to provide energy and evaporate the gas. The refrigerant in the form of cold vapor, for example at -20°C, is then compressed in the compressor.
This process increases the pressure and causes its temperature to rise considerably. This refrigerant in the form of hot vapor condenses and releases all the energy in the form of heat to the heating system in the condenser (plate heat exchanger). Subsequently, the pressure of the liquid refrigerant is reduced considerably as it passes through the expansion valve.
This causes the liquid temperature to drop back down to the initial level. The process starts again from the beginning.
Two Models Available
The ECOPRIME LINE series includes compact indoor units equipped with all components for efficient domestic hot water production. The heat pump module, DHW tank, and control system are integrated into a space-saving housing.
The ECOPRIME series with indoor air operation is available in two models:
ECOPRIME LINE 100 liters
ECOPRIME LINE 200 liters
Adjustable Control System
The control unit comes pre-configured from the factory and is ready to use immediately. However, settings can be easily adjusted using the control interface. Different operating modes — Eco, Auto, Boost, or Holiday — can be selected, and DHW timer settings can be modified.
Natural Refrigerant R290
The refrigerant circuit is filled with natural R290 refrigerant, which has an especially low GWP100 (Global Warming Potential). This ensures that all our products comply with EU F-Gas regulations and offer long-lasting, eco-friendly performance.
